Summary: Hotel is every nice clean, new and big Room, But I not stay and Sleep in that room Because smoking alarm make very Noisy and thy take alarm out from ceilingI I called the front desk about this she told me alarm is no battery she send someone to check it I waiting 30 minute nobody coming and I walk to the front desk the guy in front told me he will came in five minutes to fix that I waiting him one hour Nobody coming. I can’t wait anymore after One hour and a half I check in I cannot stay in my room because very noise from smoking alarm, I call my friend to pick me up and sleep with his house for the night , I can’t stay in my room with noise I come back in the morning my room still nothing fix I told him in the morning they’re not refund my money back I never use that room after I check in thy just say sorry!!

Summary: Great customer service. Quite and mellow for city stay. Very clean and neat rooms. Loved it. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

Summary: The hotel was fairly new so I expected things to be a bit nicer than what I found. I realize this isn't a 4 or 5 star place but the bed spread in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burns scattered around on it. There was a mount and wires to connect a smoke detector but no actual detector. In the bathroom there was a hole with a mount for a vent fan but no fan or cover over the hole in the ceiling. I'm not sure what it was in the bathroom, a fire alarm or a CO2 sensor but it was hanging from a lower screw about an inch off the wall with no screw in the upper fashioner hole. They didn't initially have my reservation with the others they had printed out but the staff, including a young Woman on her second day, were exceptionally happy and very pleasant to speak with and so was the housekeeping staff I spoke to.
